Do I Need a Gym Membership?
Not at all! We develop training plans that are suitable to your lifestyle and needs. Whether that be a gym, home, outdoors, we can accommodate for any situation. Most of our clients work out at home due to the convenience factor.
Do I Need To Have Training Experience?
No prior training experience required. We cater for all different levels of expertise and experience and will develop a plan that is suitable for your needs and specific goals.
What If I Travel Frequently?
Online fitness coaching is ideal for you. We have a number of clients who have to travel a lot for their jobs so we develop specific training plans that enable them to keep making progress.
What If I Have An Injury?
We can alter your training program to work with your injury so you can successfully change your physique without hindering your progress. On our call we can discuss this in detail to figure out your best plan forward.
